From the UK the best routes are:

By Car/Ferry
Brittany Ferries Portsmouth – St Malo and Plymouth – Roscoff services are the most convenient services for the far west of France – Roscoff and St Malo are about 1 and 3 hours drive from Crozon  respectively -  unless you live in S.E. England the Channel ports and tunnel are not really suitable and the Cherbourg and Caen routes create a lot of additional driving. Transmanche ferries operate crossings to Le Harvre from Newhaven and Portsmouth which can be cheaper than Brittany ferries.

By Air
Ryanair operate regular flights from Luton to Brest (approx 1 hour) and Flybe have summer services from Southampton, Exeter, Birmingham and Manchester – there are care hire facilities at Brest Airport and it's approximately an hour drive from Crozon

By Train
SNCF: there are regular trains From Paris to Quimper and car hire facilities at Quimper station
